Insight Eye Clinic does indeed live up to it's well-earned reviews! Jacob, his wife Dr. Kim, and their receptionist are all very kind and are dedicated to a high level of customer service and making sure you not only see right, but you look great.Having never heard of this place before, I actually stumbled upon it when going to a nearby store. Having been a long time Costco optical member, I wanted something a little closer to home so I read the reviews and they are all glowing. I was skeptical at first but decided to give them a try.Dr. Kim is a fairly young doctor who seems to really know her stuff. Come to find out - her and her husband Jacob have been doing this for the last six years and have really dialed in on their craft. They invested in fancy technology that gave me peace of mind when Dr. Kim showed me the results of my eye exam.Once the series of tests for my vision were done - her husband Jacob greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly handshake. We sat down and he asked what kind of glasses I liked. I told him rimless and he got up - grabbed a few pairs and sat back down. The first pair he put on my face looked amazing. So did the second pair.I actually struggled with which glasses looked better. Jacob had me look straight on and was able to tell what size width I needed, made sure that the ear pieces reached and wrapped around properly and adjusted the nose pieces accordingly. I hadn't had this kind of attention to detail at Costco so I felt that he was very much into making this right.When it came time to pay - Jacob mentioned that I need to remember this is an investment and that the frames can be reused / upgraded in the future. I was a little taken back by the cost - but what I didn't know was the level of customer service this included.You see when I ordered the first pair, there was a problem I didn't notice until after I got my glasses... they had a bar that protruded in front of my eyes that was very obvious when I look to the left or right.As a professional driver, i'm always looking left and right at my mirrors and this bar on the glasses I chose - was driving me nuts! This was not Jacob's fault or his team... this was mine. I didn't catch it and I felt I chose the wrong pair and was going to be stuck with glasses I didn't want.I expected Jacob to charge me again for another pair of glasses because once you customize a lens - there's not much they can do to it afterwards - so I was dreading that I wasted a lot of money on a pair of glasses that look great - but annoy me to no end because of the little nose piece that I didn't notice.Jacob had me come back in, listened to my problem and gave me an alternative that looks identical - minus the original problem. He did some adjustments and in about a week I got my corrected glasses back... it was perfect! It looked great - when I turned my head left and right - it was as if I wasn't wearing glasses (not to mention light weight too!) That was what I needed!Jacob greeted me farewell with a smile and a hand shake and really made my day. The old saying "You get what you pay for" applies to Insight Eye Clinic... you're not only getting great glasses that look and feel great - you're getting excellent customer service, before, during and after the sale.I highly recommend you pick these guys for all your eye clinic needs. You'll be glad you did. Trust the reviews - these guys earned every five star and will go above and beyond for you. :-)

I have been so impressed, honored and amazed with such professionalism and courteousness shown me by Dr. Kim and Staff. When even not capable to come up with the purchase price of my contact lenses for a few months down the road, they were able to check into on how to upfront me my first two boxes for those first months. I for sure highly recommend their services !!!
